Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

UiLED Technology Limited ("UiLEDS") warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified below, commencing from the date of original purchase.

2. What This Warranty Covers

• Defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail to operate as specified in the product documentation.
• LED chip failure (more than 5% of LEDs failing within the warranty period).
• Battery capacity degradation beyond normal wear (below 70% of original capacity within the warranty period for solar table products).
• Water ingress damage (for IP65-rated products) when used as directed.
• Solar panel efficiency degradation beyond the specified annual rate (more than 3% per year).

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: cosmetic scratches, fading of color, and minor reduction in battery capacity due to normal cycling.
• Misuse or abuse: improper installation, physical damage (dropping, impact), exposure to temperatures beyond the specified range, or use in environments for which the product was not designed.
• Unauthorized modifications: any repair, modification, or disassembly performed by anyone not authorized by UiLEDS.
• Acts of nature: lightning, flooding, earthquakes, fires, or other force majeure events.
• Consumable items: rechargeable batteries are consumable and will naturally degrade over time. This warranty only covers premature failure (before 70% capacity is reached within the warranty period).
• Indirect damages: loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or any consequential damages.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers: this warranty only applies to products purchased directly from uileds.com or an authorized UiLEDS distributor.

4. Remedy

In the event of a valid warranty claim, UiLEDS will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product at no cost to you.
• Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater specification.
• Refund the purchase price (pro-rated for partial warranty periods, if applicable).

UiLEDS will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you. Return shipping of the defective product is the responsibility of the customer unless the claim is for a confirmed manufacturing defect.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at:

Please include the following in your email:

• Order number and date of purchase
• Product model and serial number (if applicable)
• Description of the defect
• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
• Your shipping address for replacement (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do NOT return any product before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

6. Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UiLED Technology Limited's total liability for any claim under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. UiLEDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

8. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Katy, Texas.
